Support Worker/Carer Frampton Cotterell, Bristol (Church Road)

£8.39 per hour

up to 37.5 hour per week
Full or part time hours per week 2 posts available.
Typical shifts as follows:
07.30 -15.00, 14.30-22.00, 08.00-18.00, this will also include some sleep ins and waking nights
87 Church Road is home to 4 ladies and 3 Gentleman; each person has individual needs and a learning disability with additional health needs.
The ladies and Gentleman that live in the home are supported to make choices using a variety of communication styles and the staff who work with the ladies and Gentleman pride themselves in working in a person centred way.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and can make a positive contribution to our team, also supporting our service users with their health needs, personal care and accessing the local and wider community.
You should be flexible, happy to work in a person centred way and be adaptable to each person’s behaviour and support them to be as involved in their lives as possible.
You will be required to be able to push a wheelchair and preferably be able to drive.
We can offer you training and support in a friendly home and staff team.
