Could you be our new team member?

Court View is a small residential home that supports four individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism and mental health needs, with all aspects of day to day life. The nature of our small service enables staff to form really close, professional relationships with our service users and their families.

We are a homely bungalow located in the village of Pucklechurch with local amenities nearby, including shops and a post office. The village is well connected by public transport, with a bus route close by and only five minutes from the ring road.
We are looking for someone to join our small and supportive team who is flexible, has excellent communication skills and a positive approach to supporting people. Person centred care is at the heart of what we offer so we would need you to be able to both empower and enable people to lead full and meaningful lives.
Ideally, you will have experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, with an understanding of the mental capacity act being desirable.

There are minimal moving and handling requirements with this role, but we would need you to be able to drive to enable our service users to take part in activities in their community on a daily basis.
