“Working at Court View has allowed me to really get to know the people we support and build good professional relationships with them. We have the time to spend with them and the opportunities to do things as a group or individually. We really support each other as a team.”

Could you be our new team member?

Court View is a small residential home that supports four individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism and mental health needs, with all aspects of day to day life. The nature of our small service enables staff to form really close, professional relationships with our service users and their families.

We are a homely bungalow located in the village of Pucklechurch with local amenities nearby, including shops and a post office. The village is well connected by public transport, with a bus route close by and only five minutes from the ring road.
We are looking for someone to join our small and supportive team who is flexible, has excellent communication skills and a positive approach to supporting people. Person centred care is at the heart of what we offer so we would need you to be able to both empower and enable people to lead full and meaningful lives.
Ideally, you will have experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, with an understanding of the mental capacity act being desirable.

There are minimal moving and handling requirements with this role, but we would need you to be able to drive to enable our service users to take part in activities in their community on a daily basis.

In return for your commitment, as well as competitive pay, we offer:

  • 22 (rising to 26) days annual leave each year (pro rota)
  • Free membership to our Health Cash Plan worth over £1,000 a year
  • Full training and induction, including Diploma opportunities
  • Company pension
  • Career progression opportunities
  • Cycle to work scheme and Childcare vouchers
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Programme
  • Occupational sick pay
