HR Advisor – Staple Hill, Bristol
£28,907 per annum

Milestones Trust is a charity which provides care and support to people with learning disabilities; challenging behaviour; mental health needs and older people with dementia.
We are seeking an HR Advisor with a proven track record in delivering accurate advice, together with a sound understanding of employment law and effective communication skills, to join our HR team.
You will be self-motivated and able to work productively and collaboratively with a range of managers across the Trust.
This role will suit an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys the challenge of employee relations or who wishes to develop their skills within this field.
Who we are looking for:
- A qualified HR professional
- Experience of providing HR advice and support
- Sound understanding of HR policies, procedures & employment legislation
- Ability to coach managers
- Professional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve
- The ability to prioritise work and work well under pressure
- A team player
