Acting up Assistant Team Leader *Internal Candidates only*
£18,390 - £18,838, dependent on current role

Fixed Term Contract- 6 Months
37.5 hours per week
The Chestnuts are offering this opportunity for an enthusiastic, capable person to work in the home on a six month secondment as an acting up Assistant Team Leader.
The successful applicant must:
- Have passed probation.
- Be an accomplished support worker who understands the practical aspects of providing support to vulnerable adults implicitly
- Able to think both on their feet and outside the box.
Applicants will need to show that they have the energy and desire to extend their current knowledge and skills by acquiring management and supervisory experience in a supportive environment. Being able to drive and female will be a distinct advantage but will not automatically exclude anyone with the right potential and attitude. Applicant should be computer literate or have the aptitude to learn.
