Personal Assistant *Female Only* Horfield, Bristol

34 hours per week in the following pattern:

Monday 9am-6pm
Tuesday 9am-4pm
Wednesday 10am-5pm
Thursday 9am-5pm
Saturday 2pm-5pm

We are looking to offer the above vacancy to one or two female Personal Assistants to work with three young women living at Hunts Lane in Horfield. Some flexibility may be required.

Hunts Lane is home to six young individuals with learning disabilities, who live in their own flats and share core support, including overnight.

The three tenants are adapting to living independently and require support in reaching individual goals. They require someone who will have a person-centered approach and who will understand their different needs. The successful candidate(s) will be working on 1:1 basis with each tenant.

It is important for the individuals to work with someone who is friendly, kind, reliable and patient but also someone who is driven, energetic and has ideas on how to spend time productively.
