I love working as part of a fantastic team of support workers
  • We offer residential services alongside our acclaimed Recovery Pathway Service
  • Our aim is to offer a range of support tools to help people achieve their goals and for them to develop skills and strategies for recovery and resilience
  • We enable our staff to offer the right support through using mentoring and coaching skills, helping people to identify their goals and develop a personalised support plan
  • Our dementia services are growing, enabling us to offer support from a few hours each week to full residential nursing care
  • We offer support to those living with dementia and their carers either in their own home, through our day care facilities or in our residential nursing care homes
  • Staff working within our dementia services are fully trained to offer specialist care that is personalised to the individual
  • Our dedicated team support people with learning disabilities, mental health needs or dementia in their own homes or in supported accommodation
  • We support people with independent living skills, personal care, education and employment, financial matters and social networks
  • We also enable people to access the community through our day opportunities group, Stepping Forward and our accessible bike scheme, Warmley Wheelers
  • We have been enabling and caring for people with learning disabilities in the community and in residential nursing homes to live the lives they choose since 1986
  • Based throughout Bristol and South Gloucestershire we support people of different age groups and abilities
  • Our dedicated staff are highly trained and given the skills to enable them to care for people with a variety of conditions including autism and communication challenges
